Estimates are valid for 60 days. Please note a 50% Deposit and signed quote is required to begin production with balance due prior to delivery. FOB Gardena Warehouse for most products unless otherwise notified. Custom and special orders cannot be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable. Absolutely no returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or special orders. Any cancellations for in-stock orders must be submitted in writing and confirmed by your sales rep. Re-stocking fees will be applied to all cancelled orders that have already been processed. Stock orders may be returned within 7 days if duly authorized and with a 30% re-stocking fee. No Exceptions! Re-stocking fees will apply if order is pulled. Please allow a minimum of 24 -48 hours to pull orders after receipt of payment. Storage Fees @ the rate of $25.00/week per pallet will apply if order is not picked up within 7 days. Inspect tiles upon receipt. Claims will NOT be honored after installation. No Exceptions! Custom orders may show slight color variations. These are handcrafted tiles. Variations in size, color, as well as minor imperfections are to be expected. CTM does not accept Credit Card Payments over $5,000.00. Please pay with a check, cashier's check, money order, cash, or wire transfer. We apologize for any inconvenience.
